They all looked good until I read the Smokey Chipotle Chili. Much to my amazement an ingredient was beans. You may serve beans with chili. BUT you don’t cook chili with beans. The starch in the beans absorbs the richness of the meat and seasonings. Not allowing the full flavor of the chili to permeate the entire dish.
Sorry, won’t be trying that dish. The others look great.
